• We currently ship across India.
• For international orders, please contact our support team at info@eimak.in for availability and custom arrangements.

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (metro cities)
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
• Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order through the “My Orders” section on www.eimak.in.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable and reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others to ensure timely delivery.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to our support team at info@eimak.in or WhatsApp us with your Order ID. We will assist you promptly.

8. Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. Eimak Atelier will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details.

9. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting the initial shipping and return charges.
