1. Returns

• Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain items (like innerwear, accessories, sale items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final sale restrictions.

2. How to Request a Return

• Email us at info@eimak.in with your order ID and reason for return.
• Our team will assist you with the return process.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order once the return is processed.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
